It took decades to discover that sensitivity is a strength. That being enchanted by a bird is a life force, that I can also write poems – without meters...

To be here, I've won and lost a lot, I've been brave and I've given up without even trying. Half a life of learning and a lot of presence. Maybe that's an important point; the love for the intensity of presence. Being present is my extreme sport.

Approaching 50, among so many changes, I choose to be surrounded by books, words, nature, and people who cry at the poetry of life – probably you who are reading this.

I am putting into action the dreams and projects that excite me.
